Primary Care Medical Clinic serving low income patients and uninsured individuals as well as insured, specializing in prevention health, maternity, and management of chronic disease. Services can include: - family medicine, - obstetrics, - internal medicine, - adolescent care, - acute care, - geriatrics, - physical exams, - family planning, - in-house laboratory services. Health Education can include individual and group education programs that cover: - diabetes and asthma self-management education; - high blood pressure; - cholesterol; - smoking cessation; - basic weight management; - HIV pre- and post-test counseling; - Sexually Transmitted Infections information and more. Also offers a Nurse Advice Line available 24 hours daily.

Provides women's health care for the entire spectrum of women’s health issues, from preventative care and screenings to diagnosis and treatment of many gynecological problems. Gynecological services provided include:   -  Well women exams -  Breast exams -  Cervical cancer screening -  HPV vaccination -  Contraception -  STD screening -  Basic infertility evaluation -  Management of menopausal issues and of abnormal periods Office procedures include colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy.
