Pasco and Walla Walla Offices offer the Youth and Family Tree Program, which provides treatment to youth aged between 12-25 years old who are using substances. Uses evidence -based practices to provide treatment and case management to youth and their families. Provides substance use disorder treatment through groups and individuals sessions, mental health treatment to those with co-occurring disorders. Also offers services to family members struggling with substance use.

Offers naturopathic, osteopathic, and Chinese medicine and non-opioid pain management services.

Family Behavioral Health is an integrated, intensive service area within CCS providing care using a "Wraparound" (Individualized and Tailored) approach. Services are designed for children/youth and families with multiple and complex needs, severe histories and who tend to be involved with multiple child-serving systems.   Services include:   Pediatric Integrated Care - Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)  -  Behavioral Rehabilitation Services

Provides individual, group, and family therapy; as well as brief intervention treatment, rehabilitative case management, and crisis support services.

Provides civil legal advocacy to youth primarily between 12-24 years old. TeamChild’s legal team works to secure community-based services, help youth access appropriate education, healthcare, mental/behavioral health resources, safe and stable housing, navigate school discipline, and works with youth incarcerated in the Juvenile Rehabilitation (JR) system. Advocacy efforts focus on education and school-related issues such as enrollment, school discipline and access to special education; securing safe and stable housing for youth; and helping clients access public benefits, including health care, mental health services, DDA and other support. Advocacy also includes post-conviction relief, including records sealing, restitution modifications, and assisting youth with reentry supports when returning to community from incarceration. Note: TeamChild does not provide criminal defense representation to youth or adults involved in the juvenile delinquency or adult criminal systems, nor does it offer family law representation, including child custody issues.

Provides a safe haven for women and girls of any age who have been involved in commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking. Confidential day center provides food, clothing, laundry, hygiene items and showers, as well as the possibility of an overnight stay. Center also offers support such as free counseling and therapy, mentoring, support groups, transportation to medical appointments and court dates, life skill classes, GED prep classes, case management and referrals to other resources. Offers internships for learning job skills in administrative work, retail and coffee making. Also provides job referrals through partner organizations. Virtual appointments may be made with an attorney to assist with parenting plans, criminal record expungement or immigration assistance.

Provides a homeless prevention program designed to assist veteran families at risk of homelessness to maintain their housing, and to rapidly re-house veteran families who have recently become homeless.  Specific services include: case management, service referrals, and rapid rehousing. 

Provides culturally sensitive individual, family and group counseling and youth mental health treatment. Counseling happens onsite, virtually, at schools, home and/or other community settings. Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.   Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support.  Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups. Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Team members include natural supports (family, friends, religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (counselors, nurses/doctors, schools, CPS and probation officers). Provide access to crisis services for established patients as needed.

Offers intensive mental health care and team-based case management for youth with complex needs and their families. Looks for community-based options to support multi-system-involved children and youth. Staff members trained in team facilitation meet with a family, listen to their story, help the youth build a team of natural and formal supports, and guide this team through the wraparound process. Team members include natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (such as counselors, schools, Child Protective Services and probation officers).

Team members include natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (such as counselors, schools, CPS, and probation officers). Program requires a time commitment from the youth and family of at least 10.5 hours per month.

A computer laboratory and resource room are available for job searching and career planning activities. Administers the first point of entry for those who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to get assistance with their housing condition. Provides various programs, including the Coordinated Entry System. Services may include assistance finding housing, eviction prevention/rental assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing. Offers a program for homeless youth ages 12-24, specially designed for youth between 12-24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Legal assistance is also available. Provides a standardized access, assessment, and referral process for housing and other services, such as case management, housing stability plan, legal assistance, and referrals to emergency or permanent housing. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.

Operates a drop-in center for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.  Services include: -  Case management services once per week -  Clothing -  Toiletries and hygiene supplies -  HIV/STI prevention education -  Evening dinner -  Social programming including a daily social space, dances, performance events and discussion groups several times a week.    Provides referrals to emergency shelter, transitional housing, medical services and drug/alcohol treatment.

Therapists and clinical interns support local children, youth, and caregivers through difficult times. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety. Also facilitates a therapeutic gaming program called CoRe where Seattle middle school students play video games to cultivate communication and social emotional skills.

Empowers participants to aspire to the highest quality of life by helping develop life skills, providing support and connecting clients to direct services.   Assists participants and motivates them to become self-sufficient through direct access to education, employment, readiness, treatment, mental health care and housing stability options.

Provides individual, group, and family therapy; as well as brief intervention treatment, rehabilitative case management, and crisis support services.

Youth Programs at Room One consist of both education and direct service advocacy. The education programming supports schools, service providers, and youth with comprehensive health education and teacher training, healthy relationships workshops, and leadership development. The direct service work consists of direct advocacy work with youth and young adults who are experiencing homelessness, parenting, sexual violence, and other issues related to a lack of resources.

Drop-In Center & Resources: The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.

Provides outpatient mental health counseling as well as Wraparound Intensive services for children (WISe). Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, is an approach to helping children, youth, and their families with intensive mental health care. Services are available in home and community settings and offer a system of care based on the individualized need of the child or youth.

Provides information regarding HIV/STD transmission, referral to services, HIV antibody counseling and testing (anonymous and confidential), individual and group support for HIV positive individuals, educational presentations to high risk populations.  

Provides a welcoming space to anyone experiencing homelessness or vulnerably housed. Offers coffee and snacks. Provides showers, laundry, computers, phones, mail reception services and a space for meal preparation. Showers are wheelchair accessible. Provides soap, shampoo, towels and laundry detergent for guests using the showers and washing machine. HealthPoint and Mobile Medical Van provide services on a monthly basis. Case managers available. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.
