Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. There are groups for children, adolescents and adults. Group types include:     *  Support     *  Psycho-education     *  Discussion     *  Growth and Experiential     *  Therapy

Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

Provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to adults. Provides specialized services which may include psychological, and substance use disorder assessments, individual and group therapy, medication evaluation, medication management, and case management.

Provides a variety of services specifically for the LGBTQ2+ community, including gender-affirming care (initiation and maintenance of hormone therapy and referrals to gender-affirming care specialists), behavioral health providers with specialized training in LGBTQ2+ care, assistance with legal ID changes through the county, DMV, and passports, reproductive health care and STI screening.

Deaf services clinicians provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment addressing mental health and substance use disorders to King County children, adults and families. Offers direct access to care in sign language and understands the unique needs of people who are Deaf, hard of hearing or Deafblind. The RISE program is a mental health day treatment program who are at risk for inpatient hospitalization or are being discharged from inpatient care, as well as those seeking more intense services. Helps those in our community build skills to help the better cope with their mental health issues. Program serves adolescents 13-17 and adults 18+.
