Offers gender-specific and Native American support groups, outreach for homeless individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues, a state-approved 8-hour Alcohol & Drug Information course for court fulfillment, DUI evaluations for treatment recommendations, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (9-20 hours/week), Outpatient Treatment (less than 9 hours/week), and individual mental health counseling for those with chemical dependency. All services are DBHR-certified.

Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, services for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment  Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).  Limited child care may be available.

Provides comprehensive outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorder and their families.   Consultation offers a free assessment with a counselor to determine eligibility for services.   Offers a 72-hour Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program consisting of Phases I and II. Phase I:  -  Program consists of individual counseling, alcohol and drug education, and group therapy. -  Meets five evenings weekly over four weeks for adult program, three evenings weekly over eight weeks for adolescent program.    Phase II:  -  Meets one night per week.  -  Adult program lasts 26 weeks, adolescent program 10 weeks.  -  Includes ongoing group therapy sessions and family group counseling.  -  Day program is also available.   Individual, group counseling is available.   Group therapy is monitored for deferred prosecution. Court Referral Service evaluates client's involvement with alcohol and other drugs, and recommends an appropriate course of action.   Provides DUI Assessments.  

Offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment to youth and adults. Services offered include: comprehensive substance use assessment, DUI assessment, outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, aftercare, random urinalysis screening, case management, as well as coordination and treatment for co-occurring disorders. Treatment services include individual and group counseling. The frequency of individual and group counseling can range between monthly, weekly or three times a week.

Provides: Drug and alcohol diagnostic evaluations, DUI assessments, Deferred prosecution programs, Intensive outpatient, outpatient, group, individual, and family counseling. Provides substance use disorder services for teens and adults, including DUI assessments and outpatient treatment. Provides individual, group, and family counseling as part of treatment. Coordinates adolescent-only groups and adult co-occurring disorders groups. Additionally offers co-occurring intensive inpatient/outpatient and weekly aftercare. Offers morning, day, and evening programs as well as on-site drug testing. Also offers relapse prevention groups and interventions.

Provides substance use disorder assessments, including DUI assessments, and outpatient as well as intensive outpatient programs with individualized treatment and recovery support. Treatment programs include group and individual counseling, case management, court and probation communication (when needed).   Provides medication assisted treatment for clients with opiate use disorder. Supports the efforts of individuals with an opioid disorder to abstain from or reduce their use of opioids. Support Works with clients to develop goals in various areas such as developing a positive recovery environment, taking care of medical, dental, and nutritional issues, managing legal issues, dealing with cravings and more. Once client has completed treatment and is in recovery, provides monthly support to assist with relapse prevention, skills development and continued counseling

Stillaguamish Tribe Behavioral Health Program offers Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services as well as Mental Health Services by using a combination of treatment techniques including, but not limited to: 12-step; Mental health assessment and counseling services; Group meetings; Smoking cessation; Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Participants may include people who internalize their anger as well as those who act it out verbally or in behavior toward friends, family, children, employers or other people in their lives. Included are court-ordered and voluntary programs for people who are involved in domestic violence or child abuse as well as general workshops for people who are uncomfortable with the way they express their anger.   Domestic Violence Counseling Programs that provide individual, conjoint, family or group treatment for individuals who are being physically, sexually and/or emotionally abused by their partners, and/or for perpetrators. Included are programs that provide therapeutic interventions for married couples, people who have live-in mates and/or gay and lesbian couples who are experiencing problems with abuse.

Outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility provides assessment, outpatient treatment, monthly treatment groups and aftercare services for adults and youth. Treatment program incorporates counseling, cultural and educational components and a 16 bed recovery house. Refers to other appropriate programs as needed. Substance use disorder may include alcohol, cocaine, heroin and marijuana. Works with clients on Suboxone and can connect client to Suboxone for use during treatment.
