Co-Occurring Services Program that offers:  - chemical dependency screening and referral,    - assistance in accessing treatment services,    - case management services for chemically dependent individuals,    - help in identifying and accessing other needed social and health services.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Provides comprehensive outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorder and their families.   Consultation offers a free assessment with a counselor to determine eligibility for services.   Offers a 72-hour Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program consisting of Phases I and II. Phase I:  -  Program consists of individual counseling, alcohol and drug education, and group therapy. -  Meets five evenings weekly over four weeks for adult program, three evenings weekly over eight weeks for adolescent program.    Phase II:  -  Meets one night per week.  -  Adult program lasts 26 weeks, adolescent program 10 weeks.  -  Includes ongoing group therapy sessions and family group counseling.  -  Day program is also available.   Individual, group counseling is available.   Group therapy is monitored for deferred prosecution. Court Referral Service evaluates client's involvement with alcohol and other drugs, and recommends an appropriate course of action.   Provides DUI Assessments.  

Provides an outpatient substance use disorder program, including substance use disorder assessments, for individuals and groups. Also offers suboxone. Three combined openings for Medicaid and private insurance clients per week are available. Individual and group counseling is offered but not required. Medication induction can occur same-day. Primary care services is required. Pregnant women are accepted.

Assessment - a comprehensive, face-to-face diagnostic interview to identify areas of concern as described by the individual. We collect a social, behavioral, and mental health history, document the student's history of involvement with alcohol and other drugs, as well as any other health concerns. Assessment starts the development of an individualized service plan. Intervention - a formal response to behavioral health risks intended to increase understanding of chemical dependency and to identify and reduce risk factors associated with developing substance use disorder. Treatment - Outpatient services are are guided by an individualized, formal treatment plan and vary in intensity and duration. Services include individual, group, and/or family counseling. Continuing Care - Provides ongoing support, reinforcement, and case management for individuals who are attempting to maintain a recovery lifestyle and are at risk for relapse or other behavioral problems. Several locations offer mental health services in addition to substance use disorder services.   

Provides several behavioral health and substance use services including Medication Assisted Treatment, Substance Use Disorder Outpatient services and Mental Health Counseling. Also provides Psych Medication Management. Offers: - Alcohol and Drug assessments - DUI assessments - Substance Use Disorder Counseling and - Intensive Outpatient Program. - Deferred Prosecution Assessment and Treatment - Mental Health evaluation and counseling - Treatment for depression, anxiety and other issues - Dual Diagnosis - Medication management, consultation and follow up.

Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment programs and assessments.

Offers a state-certified substance use disorder outpatient program for youth. Drug and Alcohol Assessment: Assessments for adolescent substance use disorders fulfill school and legally-based requirements for alcohol and drug assessments. Includes a urine toxicology screen. ​Outpatient Counseling: Provides counseling regarding a teen's substance use and addiction. Includes counseling on the development of refusal skills, the examination of life choices and consequences, as well as education about the impact of drugs on the developing brain. Co-Occurring Program: Serves adolescents and young adults with both substance use and mental health issues. Identifies and treats mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or ADHD in adolescents with substance use. Ongoing monitoring includes urine toxicology.

Provides State-Certified substance use services including Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment, referrals to inpatient SUD services when indicated at initial assessment, and Level 1 Outpatient Treatment. Outpatient services include individual and group sessions and up to a one-year curriculum program dependent on each individual's stage of change. We also offer a two-year deferred prosecution service.

Provides assessment and admission for inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment in a welcoming and safe environment. Offers a variety of programs including medication management, detox, addiction treatment, family education, holistic therapies (art, yoga, music), care planning, depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, psychosis, ADHD, and co-occurring disorders.

Outpatient treatment is delivered in a group setting with individual counseling sessions.  Groups offered include those for substance use disorder, mental health disorder, co-occurring disorders and problem gambling disorder. Also has a specialty group for patients who have anxiety and/or depression. The group people participate in has specific treatment goals and meets on a regular schedule, and can take place during the day or evening.   The outpatient program is designed to provide additional support for those who have completed a specific phase of treatment or who need additional skills with relapse prevention. Can also provide brief screening and intervention.   Utilizes Biopsychosocial assessments that determine the level of impairment caused from substance use disorder.  Findings are used to develop an individualized plan.  

Provides substance use disorder counseling and treatment for children and youth age 11 to 22, and their families in East King County, serving Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. YES co-occurring therapists hold dual licenses, enabling them to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. They offer individualized programs for clients and their families, designed to help youth and their caregivers develop skills to reduce substance use, make thoughtful choices, and address contributing factors like stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. All YES substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment programs are motivational and strength-based, addressing substance use within the context of the whole person. These services integrate individual, family, and group therapy in a multi-phase treatment process grounded in evidence-based therapies.

Provides a variety of services to help people recover from a Substance Use Disorder.
