Provides comprehensive outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorder and their families.   Consultation offers a free assessment with a counselor to determine eligibility for services.   Offers a 72-hour Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program consisting of Phases I and II. Phase I:  -  Program consists of individual counseling, alcohol and drug education, and group therapy. -  Meets five evenings weekly over four weeks for adult program, three evenings weekly over eight weeks for adolescent program.    Phase II:  -  Meets one night per week.  -  Adult program lasts 26 weeks, adolescent program 10 weeks.  -  Includes ongoing group therapy sessions and family group counseling.  -  Day program is also available.   Individual, group counseling is available.   Group therapy is monitored for deferred prosecution. Court Referral Service evaluates client's involvement with alcohol and other drugs, and recommends an appropriate course of action.   Provides DUI Assessments.  

Offers a wide range of outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager and may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development) for individuals who have problems related to substance abuse, who need access to treatment to maintain their individual recovery plans but do not require the intensity of a day treatment program or 24-hour hospital care.  Participants attend the program on a regularly scheduled basis at least once a month but usually more frequently depending on their individual needs.  Intensive outpatient programs are usually available three or four days per week for three or four hours per day.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides mental health and addiction services to King County children, adolescents and their families. Services include counseling, case management, advocacy, parent support and education, as well as psychiatric evaluation and consultation. Assists with: - Depression - Anxiety disorders - Trauma - ADHD - Thought disorders - Bipolar disorder - Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) - Autism - Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) - Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) Works to stabilize youth up to age 21 with complex or high-risk behavioral health needs while building resiliency to help the youth and family function more effectively and safely in the home, school, and community settings. Uses a team approach that includes a combination of specially trained behavioral health clinicians, family care coordinators, and peer support staff. Offers specialized services to youth who have a psychiatric diagnosis and experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. Provides school and office-based services.

Offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment including individual and group counseling and alcohol & drug information school. Refers to inpatient treatment as well as substance use support groups such as AA and NA.

This program provides an intensive outpatient recovery and relapse prevention program designed for individuals seeking long-term sobriety and stability. The program offers classes five days a week, covering areas such as relapse prevention, life skills, problem-solving, anger management, and conflict resolution. Classes include support groups, 12-step meetings (e.g., AA and NA), and optional faith-based components such as religious counseling and prayer services. The program is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team, including licensed Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs). Clients work with their case managers to develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and schedule. Additional supports include daily meals, basic hygiene items, and Friday programming featuring outdoor or cultural outings. This program satisfies court order requirements.

Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order. Intensive Outpatient Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, education and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).

Provides opioid addiction treatment, prescribes medications like Suboxone and Vivitrol in a setting just like a primary care clinic. One-on-one counseling is available at every clinic. Outpatient managed withdrawal of alcohol and relapse prevention are also available.

Pathways addresses the needs of individuals with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Our clinicians embrace the philosophy of integrated treatment and "meeting clients where they are in their process of change." Treatment offerings for co-occurring disorders include the full range of adult services, in addition to specialized assessments for substance use and co-occurring disorder (therapy, skill building and psychoeducational groups). Volunteers of America’s Transitional Living Program provides support for up to twenty chronically homeless. Referred primarily from Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) these individuals deal with co-occurring issues of mental illness, substance use, and often also physical ailments.
